Shipping

For goods that are made or completed in Australia, we ship them either via parcel post or small letter. They should arrive within 5-7 working days to most Australian addresses. Remote locations can take longer. Most parcels are shipped with tracking to standard addresses throughout Australia. Once your order has been packed, we will provide a tracking number via the email address received. Smaller value items with free postage are usually sent as small letter without tracking unless tracking is chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

Most other goods from overseas to Australia, postage is via ePacket via EMS. Please allow 3-5 days for packing and handling and 15-20 days for postage to Australia. Sometimes goods will arrive faster than this time.

Please bear in mind it sometimes it takes time for the websites to update their tracking results, especially as the package leaves the destination country and enters Australia.

For non-Australian customers, goods can take up to 15-25 days to arrive from Australia. Please make sure that you have all permits for accepting goods into your country from Australia as we are not responsible for any delays, tariffs or extra charges due to customs or other government requirements or regulations. We advise also checking with your local postal service to find out how long it would take to receive deliveries from Australia and if the goods you are ordering are allowed into your country. We do not normally provide tracking for lower priced items unless chosen by the customer.

To keep costs low, we do not normally exchange or provide refunds because a customer changes their mind.
